Historic bridges of Yosemite Valley under siege | Fox News
Seriously, these folks who think nature has to be returned to nature are whacked in the head.
What the heck does a bridge, or even series of bridges have to do with river flow?
Let me ask you this. If the bridge is as wide as the river ahead and behind it, and has the ability to flow more as the water rises in the spring run off, can it restrict flow?
The answer is no. The water just rises, and flows through the "hole" under the bridge.
Until the water reaches the underside of the bridge, THEN, and ONLY then does it restrict flow in any meaningful way.
Yet these idiots and EcoFreaks want to tear down historic rock bridges so they can feel good about the planet.
What a bunch of freaks, and I think it's past time we told these idiots where to shove their ideas as a nation.
Or I suppose we should just tear down all bridges, dams and anything that changes nature at all right?
Live out under the stars since no buildings of any sort would be allowed.
