The only Kennedy brother to avoid terminal misfortune has reportedly died of a brain tumor, as close as any of them got to natural causes. Sad part is there are plenty like him ready to step up to the plate, the saving grace being few if any will wield the power Kennedy enjoyed. Brain cancer isn't something anyone should suffer with. Just the same, good riddance, Theodore, I won't be missing you.
I have sympathy for his family. After all, they had to put up with this dirty SOB all these years. I'm glad he's dead. IMO, the bastard committed TREASON by sending a letter, dated in 1981, currently residing in the KGB archives, asking Andropof for a meeting to coordinate efforts to kill Reagan's defense built up.
My Daddy taught me to NEVER speak ill of the dead...so, all I can do is offer my condolences to the family...at least Mary Jo should be able to rest in peace now!!!!!!!!!!

I can't find any references to this...just thought I'd jump in before FREE does. All I will say about the "Kennedy Legacy"..Camelot in GONE..FINALLY. The upcoming generation has "learned" to stay in the background.

I didn't like the drunken bastard when he was alive and I won't pretend to like the drunken bastard now that he's dead

Well I'm glad to see I'm not the only one thats glad he's gone. Whats funny is I bet there will be a lot of people who were glad Michael Jackson is gone for what he did, but have their hearts broken over losing Teddy.
Ted Kennedy's car killed more people than my guns have...........

He basically was a huge disappointment to the family all his life. Never measured up to his older brothers in anything other than avoiding untimely death.

Sorta shows how good a Catholic he was. I wonder if he went to confession after pro-abortion votes...
Just what I admire about conservatives, always a class act.
Reagan would be so proud.
Yup, we got tired of taking it from the libs for so long that we finally decided it's time to give them some of what they've been dishing out. It's quite entertaining to watch how they respond to their own tactics.
But considering ole Ted has been one of the most divisive personalities in politics since I can remember, is anyone really surprised? He has subverted the Constitution endlessly and really is the epitome of the love 'em or hate 'em politician.
(myFOXla.com) - Nancy Reagan mourned Democratic Sen. Ted Kennedy of Massachusetts today as "an ally" in the fight for stem cell research and "a dear friend" who enjoyed the respect of her late husband, President Ronald Reagan.
The former first lady said in a statement that she was "terribly saddened" to hear of Kennedy's death in Hyannis Port Tuesday night.
"Given our political differences, people are sometimes surprised by how close Ronnie and I have been to the Kennedy Family," Reagan said.
"But Ronnie and Ted could always find common ground, and they had great respect for one another. In recent years, Ted and I found our common ground in stem cell research, and I considered him an ally and a dear friend. I will miss him."

That's your excuse for anything now.
Even if it were based on a valid premise, and it isn't, it would still be pathetic.
