Just got some ammo I’ve never used before. Some Fiocchi 62 grain .223 and some XM855LC 62 grain on stripper clips. In fact, I’ve never shot anything but PMC Bronze 55 grain .223 FMJ and Federal American Eagle 5.56 FMJ to the tune of 1,025 rounds. Those of you that have read my threads know my Mini-14 is back to Ruger for the second time. Supposed to be delivered tomorrow. When it returns, I’ll shoot the some 100 rounds of PMC I have left first to see if it still has problems. When that is gone, I’ll be shooting what you see in the photos. I photograph almost everything, so if photos of ammo is boring, move on.
Fiocchi, XM855, and PMC
Same thing left to right.
I suppose I should put at least one photo of the gun in here.
As for the brain quote, not exactly true. You have to clearly define which organism. Then you end up with nerve nets, ganglia, and encephalized ganglia - in your case.
come on pumpkin.. u were soo c6 a few months ago.. enough to invite me to the other side...i said.. chilll itll stabilize. but u wanted to jump ship with the rats when you were needed the most.... and now u come crawling back??? relax there tap

I got a 50rd box of the Fiocchi 62s as a prize in one of our matches. It shoots and functions 100% in my old 182 - groups nicely too but not to the same POI as the Federal and Winchester 55s.
I actually wish I could find more 62 gr Fiocchi but I haven't seen any in our local shops. Bought a case of bulk Fed 55s at the last gunshow - shoots very well in my Minis and ARs.

I got the Fiocchi at AmmoToGo, but I’ll bet shipping to Hawaii would be a deal killer. I live kind of remote to be able to find ammo locally, so all my ammo is bought online.
Really, I wanted to jump ship? I tried to prevent the very thing you are whining about in your "Hey Kevin" post. What did you do!
In addition, many of those so called rats, have contributed far more to this bored, than you ever will. Im sure the "rodents" will appreciate your attitude.
when you were needed the most....
Needed the most for what? What was I suppossed to do for the board that I hadnt already done, or was doing?
and now u come crawling back???
One, I never left.
Two, I aint crawling back to jack, least of all here. You dont hear me saying Im sorry, or begging to be accepted back into the fold. A little bitter that I "left" arent we?
Sorry to the OP if it seems I hijacked the thread for a bit - Im sure I will hear about it from K - ban #2 here it comes. I just couldnt let this slide. Im done here. Back on topic.
WhoFarted- if you got somethin serious to say, and not just wanna play S.A. games, then why dont you call me out in the General Chit-chat section, and tell me if you or the board need something from me - aside from you telling me to shut up, or go away (or preferably both). I'll be around.
BTW: The Mini-14 section is lookin kinda slow. Wonder what Ruger would think about paying for advertisement on a board owned by someone, who has publicly stated he wanted to eradicate this "Mini-14 mentality".
The green tipped stuff has the steel pennetrator correct?
Here is a description of the green tipped ammo from where I bought it.
This is 5.56 Federal Lake City XM855LC AC1 62gr. Penetrator Ammo on strippers. This is original Lake City manufactured ammo. This is 420 rounds on stripper clips, packed in a sealed .30 cal. ammo can. It is brass cased, boxer primed, non-corrosive ammo.
