What is your favorite target for sighting in a rifle with open sights at 25, 50 and 100 yards? What color shows up best for you and what size or style center for each one?
My eyes are not getting any younger but I can still see real well at long distances but some targets are easier for me to sight in on then others.
My front sight on my Trapper is the white stripe that came with my Ghost Ring sights and it seems that black or red show up the best. Mike

A target that one of the bolt gun blowhards was just using! I love to **** those guys off! It's even funnier if you can get them to talk out their ass about how well they shoot, first.

25 yards-Rats

50 yards-Bunnies

100 yards-Coyotes

The standard 100 yard target that the range provides . The black is about 6" diameter . Put the bottom of the black on top of the front sight .
