Finally was able to remove the bolt handle from my nylon so I could clean it good, but I may have went a little too far. Removed the sear pin, releasing the sear and spring, now I can't get it back in. Any one have any suggestions or maybe a picture of what it should look like once it is put back in. Any help is greatly appreciated since my rifle is now in about 20 pieces. thanks.

I don't think the bolt on the Remington 66 is supposed to be taken out! I hope you can get it back in!

I don't know how to explain the process, but if you need it put back together send it to me and I will reassemble it. Email or PM if you need me.

As a Perfect Union member I would charge you $40 provided ALL the pieces were there. A few are very easy to lose. It's not terribly hard to reassemble once you've done it a few times, but it has a few tricks to it. The only place I am aware of that has a video on it is the AGI Master Gunsmith Course. They do not currently list an Armorer's video. The Gun Digest Book of Disassembly/reassembly, Part 3, Rimfire rifles has a section on the Nylon 66. You could get a new one for around $25 and would be a good investment if you ever want to take it apart again. Mine is the second or revised edition, so check the table of contents if you get the first edition to make sure it's in there.
