22lr to 22mrf

Hi, have a S&W 650 22lr/22mag but do not have the mag cylinder and cannot find one. What is involved and about how much will I have to spend to have the LR cylinder reamed to MRF? Thanks.

I wish I could tell you it would be cheap, but it won't be. If the cylinder is in good shape and be rechambered, that's a lot of chambering. Shoot me an email below and we can discuss it further. Thanks!
