1940's training film

Someone posted a 1940's training film on how small arms operate. It showed a mock up of a rifle and showed how it operated from bolt action through full auto.
Anyone remember where it is?

you can use a Youtube video converter to convert the video to a video file of your choice, than use any dvd burning program to burn it.

I think I saw that same video in '72 when I went through bootcamp. LOL The military doesn't update videos very often.
