Touching up duracoat?

I recently had two rifles coated in duracoat,

wondering if they get dinged or scratched - what is the best way to touch it up?

scuff area around scratch, and hit it with an airbrush?

not so much concerned with the look, but more concerned with the corrosion protection being lost in scratched and dinged areas on my Non SS rifle.
steel rusts like a MOFO in Hawaii.

Thats how I would do it. Probably would use a scotch brite pad to rough it up and try and blend it in. Color may not match perfectly but should close enough.
