I bought an 1858 new army texas .44 cal. black powder/cap and ball revolver a few months ago. I was going to sell it and was wondering about laws involved in shipping it across state lines.

As a black powder antique, I'm almost certain I can ship it without an FFL being involved.

I know New Jersey, Illinois, Washington, Michigan, U.S. Territories, P.O boxes, 606,607,608 zip codes and Washington D.C. are no go. Is there anything I'm missing?

I was going to post it in the classifieds here. Just wanted to make sure I was doing it right. Thanks in advance for pointing out anything I've missed.
