Best for brisket in my area is Louie Mueller's in Taylor Tx. Its all about the meat. Best moist brisket I have had in my life, and only 20 min. from my house!!

the q-joint I referred to is actually the 'circle b' right close to the a-ville airport.
they have a small covered wagon out front as advert. if you ever ate there you'll give serious thoughts forwards to a return visit.
it's hog and chicken though at least I didn't see beef on the menu. no fried fish or chicken either. and as said generous-sized portions. great 'tater salad and squash casserole too. I'd be surprised if you can eat all the 1/2 bbq chicken or the rack of ribs w/sides. they have real homemade hush puppies too. and fried sweet 'taters.

Do you know if this Welcome to Willie's Smoked Carolina BBQ in Mechanicsville Virginia is the same Willies that used to be off of the Bottoms Bridge exit (Off of I-64)?

I used to stop there on the way to gunshows in Richmond, but the last time I was up they way, it had closed. (The Bottoms Bridge location.) I liked their BBQ, but I was really glad that the sides were as good as the Q.
