Pulled pork sammich!
I'm just sittin' here, enjoying the left-overs from yesterday. LOL
Yesterday I started a boston butt on the grill/smoker, but after about 2.5 hours, I ran out of my favorite charcoal. I wrapped the butt in foil and finished it on the gas grill. Along with it, I threw on a couple 'taters, made a pot of baked beans, (In my new 2 qt. cast iron "serving pot") and made cornbread (In my new 10.5 inch cast iron skillet.).
There is just something about cast iron and fire that makes food taste better.(Even if you have to use gas to finish.LOL)
