I have a DSA FAL. Has anyone had their trigger worked on? Its not bad, but can it be better?

Yes. I bought my SA58 back in 2003. I measured its trigger pull weight at 12 lbs. After speaking with DSA, I sent the lower back for a trigger job. At the time, the price was $135. Afterward, the trigger pull was 4.75 to 5.00 lbs and crisp as can be. The trigger pull has gotten even better with use. It is now consistently 4.7 to 4.8 lbs.

DSA now offers a feature where you can safely go below 4.5 lbs. I suggest you give them a call and discuss your options.

Does great work, on FAL's, HK's, and AR's. I have only had the standard and contoured jobs done, the set trigger looks interesting also but I have not tried one yet.

a lot of us on the falfiles have used Bill Springfield for our trigger jobs and they work fine and hold up great.
