Fact of the matter is, when G. W. Bush ordered the invasion of Iraq, he diverted the critical focus of the military from Afghanistan and Al Qaeda, where it was justified and where it rightly should have been, to Iraq, a country which had nothing to do with 9/11.

That WAS a mistake then, or a miscalculation on the part of the Bush administration, if you want to put it like that. And therefor it is correct to still say it was a mistake. Obama has never disrespected the service and sacrifice of our troops in Iraq. Nor does Obama say nothing good has come from it. He has disupted whether the totality of the cost of the invasion of Iraq and the aftermath can be justified when much of Afghanistan remains under assault from the Taliban and Al Qaeda has continued to operate almost with impunity for the entire time we've been in Iraq.

Whether it WAS or WASN'T a mistake or miscalculation,Bush had alot of support from both sides. If BHO actually VOTED AGAINST it,it must have been one of the rare occasions when he wasn't PRESENT.:lol:
BHO was there for a photo-op. This young soldier was there to do a job.
And in doing so obviously made personel sacrafices. The soldier says they're doin good. Lets see.....Who'll I believe.....I'll take.....SOLDIER.:D
We can all dispute whether the cost of war is worth it.
Every conflict,war,occupation or whatever you want to call it has been a matter of CHOICE. It depends on what you value as to whether or not it's worth it.
