Decided to sell to partially fund another AR build.
stainless/synthetic 197 ranch model (produced 2004 (http://www.ruger-firearms.com/Firearms/PS-SNH-RI-Mini14Ranch.html))
It has about 500 rounds through it. It can shoot about 2” groups at 100yds which is quite good for a stock barreled mini.
It has been accurized by GunDoc at Great West Gunsmithing (http://www.greatwestgunsmithing.com/mini14.htm). Check link for details on each mod.
Mods include:
Trigger Job (consistent 3.8 lb pull)
Barrel package (cut 16.25”, threaded, A1 flash hider installed)
Gas port bushings installed (complete kit included)
Barrel has also been cryo’d by CryoPro (http://www.cryopro.com/gun/index.html) to reduce flyers.
Total modifications cost around $300 including shipping back and forth. Package value if you bought a used Mini14 and had modified as above would be easily over $750.

GB front sight, stock rear site.

Two blue PMI (Precision Mag Industries, not Promags) 30rd mags.
