Encore Accuracy

Heard some bad things about Encore Accuracy.
Got one for my birthday, worked up some good loads.
I've got a 25-06 Encore that I had a great custom trigger job done to. 1.25 pound pull and NO CREEP. Topped with a cheap BSA scope (new Leupold VX-L is coming).
I shot a 4 shot group at 200 yards that you can cover with a quarter. Now I take my reloading to the extreme, but that is a fine group for a breach loader with nothing done to it except a trigger job.

I got a .243 with a basic 3x9 scope and it has the same patterns your describing. It's a very good gone I've shot and droped two deer with it so far. I have no complaints with it
