I got my Imbel parts kit yesterday. Bore is very bright and shiny with tons of riffling left. It looks like I may have gotten a training gun because there is wear all over the gun but it looks like it was fired maybe a handful of times. Since it was a military gun I got an all steel lower which I am excited about. I spent about 2 hours last night removing what seemed like axle grease from the parts. It did not smell like cosmoline and was very oily and runny. Also I am having problems with a stuck gas regulator. I hosed it down with PB Blaster last night and I am going to spray it again before I leave work work. I'll post pics tonight after I finish with the cleaning.

I managed to get the gas regulator off. I had to soak it in PB Blaster for almost 24 hours and then I used a punch and hammer to spin it off. Other than that disassembly went flawless.

All I need is a receiver...

Bright bore coming at you!

I think I have decided on getting a DS Arms receiver over the Enterprise Arms because of alot of mixed reviews with the Enterprise. I was going to go with an Imbel receiver but they are expensive and hard to find.

Alex... Nice kit

I have a barrel vice you can use, so if you can locate the headspace stuff and tools needed I will help you build it. Also, I have an Imbel FAL you can use for refernces.
