Ghost ring for Marlin 1894

The standard V sight ain't cuttin it any more with my eyes. What ghost ring manufacturer do you recommend for this 357 Lever Gun, and how difficult is it to remove the existing and install the new? I currently have limited feeling, in my hands due to nerve damage, should I just take the weapon to a local gunsmith?

From what I hear, most folks seem to prefer the XS Ghost ring.I hate them, but that's what I hear. Good luck!
