This came up in another thread here; I've been trying a new "holster shirt" for concealed carry. They're sort of a tight spandex type material that cling tightly to your skin; you can wear them in lieu of a regular t-shirt. They have a very tough, moisture-padded pouch sewn under each of the arms, and you can fit a 3" to 3.5" barreled semiauto or compact revolver in there pretty easily. Might be very nice for undercover or off-duty cops, or anyone who is doing a CC and really want the pistol to be comfortable and as inobtrusive as possible.
I've worn mine all day a number of times, and think they're pretty effective in the following ways:
* Outstanding for deep concealment; no one will know you are carrying.
* Comfort factor is good. The gun carried in this position is not constantly jabbing you, and you can drive with it, sit at a desk with it, or walk around easily.
* The holster itself seems well designed. It protects it from your body with a good moisture barrier.
Any potential drawbacks?
* I'm wondering if it could get a bit hot in the summer; will let you know.
* Some may not like the snug fit, but the fabric is comfortable, and you need that to support the pistol strongly, so it doesn't bother me.
* It may take up to 1 second longer to get your pistol clear of the holster than it would with say, a more typical in-the-waistband holster. But if you need deep concealment, that's the trade-off. This thing gives you deep concealment.
They come in black and white. If you want to order, check out this site to associate your chest measurement to one of their shirt sizes:

And here's two sites where you can buy for $35, the best price I've found:
