Synthetic stock texturing

I've got a B & C varmint/tactical stock that I'd like to texture at the grip and fore end prior to finish coating with Duracoat --- has anyone here got first hand knowledge of a particular product or proceedure to accomplish the job.<_<

Yeah.. check out WWW.rdprecision.net ... They have good article about texture app. with marine-tex in their DIY section.
