Finnally found the best load for my Mini...

24gr of Reloader-15 behind a 62gr FMJ. OAL @2.250

Lee dies, Lee Factory crimp.

Barrel cold shoots low 3" for the first to shots, then 1" groups at 50, and 2" at 100. That's with the standard trigger creep from here to China..

I shot my mini 14 with 60 v-max and 22 gr of Reloader 10. Did very well, I shot about 85 yds and one of my groups had 4 shots that would go 1" but one flyer made the 5 shot group 1 1/2". Not too bad for the mini!;)

My barrel's a 1:9 twist, and I haven't tried many different weight bullets. It won't shoot factory ammo worth a damn, and I don't like to buy it anyway so it's all good.

I wonder if having my stock beddded will stop the cold barrel flyers?

I am going to give your load a try. I am looking for a load that my Mini and Bushmaster both like. My Minis pet load is Hornady 52GR BTHP, 24GR IMR 4064, Winchester primers, C.O.L. 2.230 with a light crimp with a lee factory cramp die. Best group four shots in one raged hole with one one inch flyer. I all so have some Sierra 69GR HPBT Match bullets that i am looking a good load for.
