Probably not. Don`t have any experience with Vulcan myself but there are just too many folks out there who say that Vulcan/Hesse sucks.

Are you looking for a MAC style pistol in particular? Ever since Ingram stopped producing them, they haven't been that great. If you want a hicap 9mm pistol, I suggest a glock with the 33 round mags or a micro-uzi. The second link you posted looks better than the first but I have never owned one.

I wanted a MAC syle pistol for awhile, but after some research I ended up buying a Ruger p94 and a couple of 30 round mags. The gun was only $300 and I could still stuff it in a holester if I wanted to. I ended up selling it anyway. I almost bought a "Cobray" 9mm once, but the seller said He hated the gun.(thats never good!!!) I appreciated the honesty, and decided that I realy had no need for a high-cap pistol. But.....they are fun!!!!!

AVOID Vulcan/Hesse at all costs. do some searches and you'll find other names/brnads this fodder has been marketed under.
