its a mak90 with a choate stock, utltimak mount and cheepie simmons red dot that has been uber reliable through 5000+ rounds. im also running a shock buffer because out here in california i cant replace it. my only regret is that i didn't buy 10 of them @ 199.99 in 1994.

True enough brother!!
I wish I had bought a slew of them myslef!!
I remember buying one for about $200 back in 94'. I traded it for my first Berretta 96 and kicked myslef when 1999 rolled around. Who would have thought that 3 months before the ban these things would sell for $800+.
I remember a local shop (that I don't shop at if I can help it) selling 30 round chi-com crap AR mags for $100 each. Desperate people do desperate things sometimes. That shop actually sold out 2 weeks before the ban!!

Nice AK glad to see you got a good one while you could.

its an awesome shooter up to 50 yards where i can dance tin cans and smaller objects with no problem. ive shot it one time at 100 yards on paper and the groupings open up to 3 or 4 inches. i also picked up a bunch of chinese 30 rounders for $8 a pop, a few euro 40's and a chicom 75 round drum for $24.99 that i see the dang things going for $150-200 now.

Nice weapon you have there 2002gti! You got a 75 round drum magazine for $24.99! Holy Crap In A Hat! I'd love to have one of those, but the current going rate is just too high!

yep - if i only knew they were gonna sky rocket like that i woulda bought a dozen of them too. it would be nice to be sitting on a bunch of them right now and being able to dump a few off to finance some other pieces.
