Nice looking rifle... Did it some with th camoflauged stock or is that something aftermarket.
I havent yet thought about buying one of the scouts, but that makes me want one.

Hey guys hows it going. The rifle is actually a bushrifle, sold to me as a scout. I called springfield, they ran the serial, and said it was a bushrifle. I told her it was the same thing on the web site except without the forward rail. She told me I was lucky, because they dont send out to many bushrifles, to make a long story short I ended up buying the forward rail to make it a scout. Thats the only difference between the two is the forward scope mount. Finally had a chance to take it out today, 14 degrees out, the scope is a leapuold 4 power scout scope, at a hundred yards 6 shots about the size of a half dollor. 44 gr Varger 155 grain A-Max...Thanks for the comments.
