well i got a berretta storm in .40 s&w and just bought a bsa laser for it. are theses actualy acurate say 50 yrds or more of a ooo shiney deal?

my question was if a laser dot is actuly functional or one those buzzing blinking do dads tha just look kool?

They are very useful. I find them lots easier than Iron sights but to be honest, I haven't heard many good things about BSA. On the plus side, I'd say you stand a fair chance of getting it to co-witness with the irons.

does seeting it up to co witness work cuz thats how i got it right now from one end my trailer to other about 60ft

Well, if you can make it co-witness that is a major plus. With some sights you can and with others you can't.

Seems the Storm is one of the easier weapons to get a variety of scopes and sights to co-witness with the irons.

i dont see a link but i tried it out and at 40 50 feet it hits were it is pointed. im not to worried about it being bsa mainly because these guns have very minamal recoil at least the .40 doesnt.
