Looks like an Accuracy International AE.

That could be a Remington PSS on a Mcmillan stock w/ a .308 cal.

Hi!

It' not a Accuracy International Arctic warrior sniper rifle, but the stock is a Accuracy International AICS stock.
The mechanism seems to be from a Remington 700 series.

Yea Gunny, I agree. Maybe that's Hugo Chavezs collection? He likes to spend a lot on weapons I hear.
