Great review, Bill.

It sure would be good if C-Products went into the Mini14 mag business :)

They are seriously considering it. I think they are closer than just talk. I'll let you know if I find out anything!

Thanks. I think the fact that you ran the mags through a full auto machine gun is great... it really shows that the springs and followers work together well with the body, and that it's all lined up the way USGI should be.

Thanks for the great review. I actually have 20 Colt LEO 30 rounders and they are all gently used. I am planning on stocking up on some C products mags just to throw some brand new mags into the mix. Maybe also get a repair kit or 2.

Ordered some kits on the 12th but the site hasn't updated the status of my order. How long do they usually take?

These are 20, 30 round C-Products magazines I picked up for my wifes AR's. They've got the new grey anti tilt followers. All feed great, and were only $9.95 each. Bill T.

I'm only 2 1/2 years late with my reply, but I just bought a Mini 14 on Friday, and joined this site today. Part of my purchase was an offer for a FREE, 20 rnd, Ruger factory mag and an opportunity to buy more for under $30 each. I'm sure most of you are aware of this product returning to the Ruger line, but it was a pleasant surprise to me. Can 30 rnd be far behind?

Later,

Bill (Noodles53)

I notices that on C-Products' site there are steel mags and aluminum mags.

Which is better/preferred? Why? What is the milspec? Aluminum or steel?
