Here's my CZ452 Varmint 17HMR fitted with a Richards Microfit Tac-Driver stock. Other details are: Bushnell Elite 10x40 scope, BKL rings, Eric Brooks trigger kit and hex head action screws, flush-fit magazine mod (still holds 5 rounds), Harris swivel bipod, and an ASE Ultra silencer.

Edit: here's a kinda step-by-step album (http://www.propichosting.com/Album.aspx?folder=450013033) of the stock being worked on

Yup - it's very good on rabbits. We have a thing going locally at the moment where we get approx 40cents per rabbit shot. Unfortunately 17HMR ammo is about the same price!

That is PRETTY!!!! Thanks for the info on shortening the mag to fit flush and still hold 5 rounds. I've looked at Richards stocks. Did you have to do any inletting of the stock or did it drop-in?

I did a photo album as I worked on the stock > http://www.propichosting.com/Album.aspx?folder=450013033
There was a little bit of inletting to do at the front of the receiver and in the mag well, but overall it was a very good fit. I think for the price you get a very good stock. Some folk complain they come with too much extra wood and sanding to be done - but this must be better than not having enough wood:D

Cheers,
John
