View Full Version : Enfield No. 4 Barrels

Last weekend I bought a rough, yet very restorable, '43 produced Enfield No.4 Mk1.

I like the rife and enjoyed shooting it, on the one opportunity I've had.

Accracy wasn't great, but I didn't expect much from a 60-some year-old, rough around the edges, surplus rifle with a worn barrel.

Anyhow, I've been searching EVERYWHERE for a new barrel, but can't find anything.

Any suggestions/ advice/ leads would be EXTREMELY helpful and well received.

Thanks all.

Greg,
I've tried several times to respond to your questions. The thing is, if you type a reply for more than a few minutes before posting, you get kicked off. PM me, as I think I can help you here.

Your advice is greatly appreciated.

I look forward to trying out your suggestions.

I really like the Enfield (and the deal I got on it) and can't wait to get her looking pretty and shooting MOA or better.
