Hey, I like it. Way better than the original stock!

the factory stock is the only thing keeping me from buying a high point, but now this stock looks a little more serious

Why not just get the Beretta Storm. I'm thinking of getting one.

The Storm looks nice, but way to much money I'd rather buy the hi-point and same the xtra money for ammo and clips,I just want one for range use and plinking.

I have heard nothing but good things about those Hi-Point carbines. The only negative thing is that they are ugly from the factory. I read on another forum that a guy had a problem with his, so he sent it in for work at the factory. It came back with all worn parts replaced, 2 free magazines, and an apology.

Hi-Point is a great company, I have a JHP .45acp and it's a great shooter, bug again ugly.

I like this stock, those carbines are nice, a buddy has one. But what's the price on them, I've looked through about 6 of the listed sellers from their website and have yet to see it listed anywhere on any of them.

Thanks.

Last time I purchased one...around $180. A real plinking bargain IMHO. :)

I had one of those in 9mm years back when they 1st came out.. I don't have anything but good things to say about the gun.. It never jammed or failed to perform and I put thousands of rounds thru it.. It was accurate out to 100 yds but it did lack penetration, but that's to be expected.. I ended up swapping it to a buddy of mine for a Mossberg 30/30.. He has put more abuse on the gun than I ever did and it still works like new, even though he don't clean it very often :shakinghead:

I have the Hi point 40 S/W carbine. It functions completely w/o fail and very accurately.I put a 3x9x40 scope on it and painted the entire rifle, as well as the scope, a khaki camo.It looks pretty good vs. the "planet of the apes" appearance before.Has a black sling with khaki buckles, a black Pachmeyer slip on recoil pad, black bikini scope cover and a black Hogue slip on grip. Also painted my Hi Point 40 S/W pistol to match the carbine.
