Is it possible to swap a Savage accutrigget into a savage rifle that was not originally equipped with it? This is a 1996 manufacture Savage i am talking about, so it is not that old.

Quick Blender hide those credit cards! I have a feeling you'll be buying a second Savage if you don't. LOL!

yes you can change the triggers over. but i would not. personly i think the accu-trigger is a glorified two stage military trigger. i have had alot off the older savages in my shop and with good skills that trigger can be brought down to a very nice (and safe) trigger pull. i have also had savages that i got 5 shot groups in under 3/4" at 100 yds with very little work down to them. you can also buy a after market trigger that is not the accu-trigger for the savage.

Right, but I can get an accutrigger for $25, and I went to a gun shop and tried one out yesterday. I liked it better than mine.
I have been told "no" it won't swap by Savage. I suppose it could be done, but at an expense greater than the new rifle, probably.

Countrysmith, we're all interested in what you do and your services, but this is Gundoc's section of PerfectUnion, which he pays for. It's kinda like standing in his store, selling your stuff. Like I said, we all want to know what you offer, but you should post it elsewhere on the bulletin board, or pay PerfectUnion to have your own Super Vendor page. :)
Looking forward to seeing your website when it's up.

I read somewhere here on the site that it's $100 a year to be a Super Vendor, and have your own section. I think that's fair- sort of an advertising fee. I'm sure Gundoc gets plenty of business from this site. He got mine.

I figured that- so I mentioned it. It's only this Vendor page that "belongs" to Gundoc. You can market your product on the For Sale pages and even the other gun-specific pages like the rifle sections, i.e., Mini 14 Accurizing (my favorite) or the handgun sections. :)
