Spotting Scope?

What would be your recommendation for a good quality spotting scope? I am interested in seeing a shot on a target around 200yds. All suggestions are appreciated. If possible I would ask you to provide stats on your recommended scope i.e. 15-45x60. And while you are helping me would you provide info on what the meaurements mean? Your assistance is appreciated.

I don't own one but do, on occasion, use a friends spotting scope. It is one that that he bought for about 60 bucks and its highest magnification is 45. You can see the staples in the targets at 100 yds.

The numbers in your example would mean: 15-45 this is the magnification level, it is varible between 15 and 45 times actual. The 60 would be the size of the objective lens. Hope that helps you.
