Hi,
This is a Hare and Rabbit (1 of 7 that night and the largest of the lot). The rig I used was a Remington 597 .22 with an el cheapo no name scope. The spotlight is a life light spotlight and a laser over the barrel suppressor. One of the first hares I have shot at night. He was baying at the moon at the time, never seen anything like before or since. Made for a nice shot though :D

That is a big hare. Look at those legs- should roast up nicely. Good shooting!!:sniper:

Thanks for the kind comments guys. We are not allowed silencers as they are considered to be assassin's weapons (to many James Bond films if you ask me). So if like me you like your hearing/other game not hearing you/not disturbing neighbours etc... you can have a suppressor or moderator :rolleyes:

sounds like you all have the same liberal dictionary issued here in the states! sometimes we can't buy "assualt weapons" regardless of the little number of people assualted with them by legal gun owning people....
Man that's a big bunny!:lol: I think I've seen something close like swamp rabbits, and the jackrabbits over here are not a fat.

thats a nice hare i know here in northern ny ive seen some huge hair like wtf was that a small dog or sumthin
