Here is Problem:
As you can see there is about 1/8" of a cheap high speed drill bit broke
off in a roll pin.
Roll pin is just a tad smaller than 1/8" in diameter.
This is a blind hole about 1/4" deep.
I think I need a Mill bit of some kind, what to do

The optimum word here is cheap. If the drill bit is really a cheap one, take a center punch and break the bit up and pull the pieces. The photo looks like there may be enough room to also try a broken tap extractor or some narrow forceps. If all else fails, a center cutting mill bit will cut it out, if you use a mill or a good drill press and lots of cutting fluid. You don't want to overheat the aluminum lower. If you are uncomfortable doing it send to me and I will get it out and clean up the hole for you. Thanks!

Thanks for the reply Doc.
I think I might feel better letting you do it.
I've tried a few things and it seems I'm making it worse.
I ground down a pair of needle nose pliers to fit in the sides to turn and pull it out but no go, it is tight.
Tried a dremal bit but it burned up and started walking on me.
If you could send me your mailing address and a price so I can send it to you with an M.O. that would be great.
