I will be picking it up on Tue's it looks like an M44 but is a single shot 22 made in 1956 with no import marking's and all the original parts its in exalent condition. $ 395, what do you guys think?

Most are like new and cost $200 or less ,Id pass on one at $395 . They are nice but not that nice

Ditto. Mosin and $400 do not go in the same sentence. Not even the same paragraph. You can get the nicest .22s on the market for less money.
