View Full Version : A small win
I'll Try to keep the story short.
We have a small city here called New Plymouth. In that fair city stands a clock tower, on the clock tower is a large CROSS. You can guess what comes next. A small group of "concernerd citizens" began a push to have the cross removed. They never had much reason other than crosses and what they stand for are BAD and must be erased from everyones memory. Anyway, they dragged this pettiness out for over two years and last night the full city council voted on the issue. 10-1.

GLORY TO GOD IN THE HIGHEST
There I've said it. I must be a Christian nut as well as a gun nut. This of course makes me amoung the most dangerous of citizens.

Yessir, you most certainly can say that. A few of us have before and although we occassionly take some flak for it, that is part and parcel of being a Christian. ;)
I'm proud to be in your company, as I am both kinds of nuts as well (and maybe a few other varieties.) :D

Hooooah!!
We didnt loose this ground all at once, and we ARE going to get it back in bigger chunks than we lost it, in fact, the last big chunk is gonna come all at once. ;) And when it does, every knee will bow.
The Tares have raised thier fuzzy heads, and are being exposed for the sons of hell that they are. That is good.....for us, way, way bad from them.
Matthew 13:25 But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.
Matthew 13:26 But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.
Matthew 13:27 So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares?
Matthew 13:29 But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.
Matthew 13:30 Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn
Matthew 13:36 Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field.
Matthew 13:38 The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;
Matthew 13:40 As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.
The Harvest is nigh.
