If you think the media didn't like it,what do you think the Muslims thought? They are,for the most part stuck at the time of the Crusades. They still tell stories about the Crusades like they happened yesterday. When Bush said "crusade"it was like he pushed a button in Islam that really ratcheted them up to a new level.I don't think Bush meant it to mean Crusade,as in the Crusades, but as a word to convey a thing that needed to be done and now. It's one of those words that has a profound meaning to all Muslims. It is now and always has been about Jerusalem and who controls it.

Yep I saw it. I think the Catholic church should never have done what they did. It was done to give more power to Rome. I have descendants that are buried over there in Jerusalem, and so far three crusader Knights, and two of the Knights Templar. From everything I have read, the Muslims were aloowing both Christians and Jews to worship freely. It goes to show you, when God gives a land to someone, Ishmael to be exact, He means it. That is the reason the fighting is going on there today between the Jews and the Palastinians. The land was given to Ishmael, and he was to live to the east of his brothers. The Bible also says that he woulf be, "a wild donkey of a man, with his hand against every man, and every mans hand against him".

If the Jews claim to be the Israelites of the Old Testament, they should be able to prove it by the fulfilling of the prophecies given to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob/Israel.

Joshua 21:43
So the LORD gave Israel all the land which He had sworn to give to their fathers, and they possessed it and lived in it

The promise was kept, and as a result of the blessings, they outgrew it.

The Bible is clear that true Israel would grow to a multitude "as the stars of the heavens" and would need a bigger place, and when the prophecy was made, Nathan was standing on the ground that is now known as "Israel". The prophecy was that God would "appoint as place..for Israel..that they would have to move no more...and not be oppressed as beforetime". (2nd Samuel 7:10). They were also told they would be scattered to the North and to the West. (Isaiah 49:12) They were to inhabit a "land of unwalled villages".(Ezekiel 38:11) They would be in a land so big two angels would be required to measure it. (Ezekiel 37) They would have a "multitude of cattle therein". Heck, there are more cattle here in one county in Kentucky than there is in that whole sliver of a sandbox called "Israel". They were to inhabit a land with an "Eastern sea, and a Western sea". (Joel 2:20 & Zechariah 14:8) They were to be located in the "isles of the sea". (Isaiah 24:15) The shoe dosnt fit.

Many of the Jews in that area today admit that they are NOT the Israelites of the Old Testament, (according to there own writings, not mine) but rather descendants of Esau/Edom, (after Jacob's brother) and Khazars from the Stepps of Southern Russia. These are known as "Ashkanazic Jews", as opposed to "Sephardic Jews", who are more likley to be kin to the Israelites of old, specifically those that returned from the Babylonian captivity.

So if you believe the Bible, and the prophecies contained therein, you can expect nothing but turmoil and fighting in the Middle East. Ishmael's descendants will always fight, with "every man", and especially if that man is inhabiting the land given to them by God, as it is now with the Israelies. Eventually, I believe the land will go back into the hands of the Arabs. I guess we will have to wait and see.

Genesis 16:12
"He will be a wild donkey of a man,His hand will be against everyone,And everyone's hand will be against him;And he will live to the east of all his brothers."

The above Scripture describes the Arabs perfectly.
