It started life as a Remington 700 PSS in .300 win mag, and the following has been done or added:

- Accuracy International 1.5 chassis
- Accuracy International bipod
- Badger Ordinance 20 moa base and rings
- USS XOTIC Scope
- Armalite AR-30 muzzle break

The rifle shoots sub 1/2" groups at 100 yards...I am very pleased!

Looking to have a trigger job done next! Thanks for looking!

To answer your question on cost...I'm currently into it about $2600...very well worth it though

One hell of a setup-
And the price isn't too bad considering the parts, and it's ability to shoot. Me likes.

The trigger in my 700 is 3 way fully adjustable. Is yours not? I have detailed instructions on how to adjust them if anyone is interested.

How is the brake installed? Is it threaded? Whats the thread pitch? Does it require a "timing nut" for proper indexing?

How much was the brake???

Do you find it is best removed for cleaning?

How do you find the recoil reduction with it compared to without it?

Yeah, I know lots of ?? hahahah I am honestly curious, as to whether to do similar to rifles I own...

Thanks!!

I don't mind answering questions to the best of my ability...I bought the brake directly from Armalite about a year ago, and I think it was $130....had a gunsmith install it, I know it's threaded, but I have never taken it off...cleaning is fine with it on....SERIOUS recoil reduction....although, people shooting next to me get really ticked off...those large side ports throw a lot of noise to the sides. I saw the AR-30 break on another rile and knew I had to do it to one of mine, and I'm happy I did....I have since added a anti-cant device and Badger bolt knob...here's a new pic
