When I get up to 8-10x zoom level, the image gets blurry. (not the recticle)

I used an eyeglass cleaner on it, so it should have been clean; Does anyone know why it does this, and how to fix it?

Do images 20 yds or more away get blurred or just things closer than that? If it is just up close then that is normal unless you have an adjustable objective, in which case you could bring it back into focus. If things that are far away are blurred at high magnification levels I'd say there could be a problem.

It does that even at 100 yards... Any idea why?

I'm assuming you have already focused the eyepiece at shorter ranges? Try loosening the eyepiece locking ring and turning the eyepiece all the way in (clockwise). Then look through the scope and turn the eyepiece back out until the image is sharply in focus. Then lock the ring back down.
