Ordered some Polymer Pro Mag 30rnd mags from Cope's for my Mini 14. And when i load more than 15 rounds in them every second round pops back out of the mag. the problem i think is on the left side of the mag. Seams the feed lip is to thin to hold the round in place. The spring tention just pushes it back out. The mags feed well if i only load 15 rounds. Ive tryed three differant types of ammo.
The spring is no stronger than my other mags so i dont think its the spring. Any ideas?

I have several of the new ProMag 30's, and have never had this problem.
I would call or email ProMag, and arrange for the mag's return and replacement.

If it were a steel magazine you could reform the feed lips. Being poly, I would do as bwraven suguested or return it to where you bought it for exchange.
