Hi guncats,
I would steer clear of those mags, read this thread (http://www.perfectunion.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=14179&st=0&#entry99658) about the Sportsman's Guide mags. Seems they have been selling several different brands of mags from the same advertisement and picture.
The best deal I have found on the ProMag 20 rounders is here at Natchez Shooters Supply (http://www.natchezss.com/category.cfm?contentID=productDetail&brand=ZM&category=18&prodID=ZMRUGA1&CFID=116936&CFTOKEN=58611490). I paid $13.10 a couple of weeks ago, now they have dropped them down to $12.99. I may have to pick up some more for that price. I have bought lots of stuff from Natchez over the last several years, they are good to go.

thanks KW! I was about to get one since the price is so strange.......now the real Pro's are only $3 more, might as well go get the real thing.
Plan to check out a blue RR-14 (excellent for $350) next week and if it shoots good.........that is why I am asking all these 14 mag questions

Have you had any problems with the 20 promags? I just got two, and they are very tight and load fairly well. However, when full they don't chamber well and one of them when loaded is a very tight fit into the mag well. In fact, when I use the mag release...it won't fall out. I have to pull it out. I recently had my action bedded, could my action actually be tighter...or more narrow?
