Just noticed that there's a gas bushing kit listed at the website... with three bushings as opposed to two from the other guys.

Just curious, what are the diameters? And what about the material, are they stainless like the factory one?

All are 3/16" outside diameter and I offer inside diameters of: 0.059" 0.055" 0.046" 0.043 0.035" Undrilled
This leaves a lot of room for tuning. The undrilled one will stop gas pressure to make a single shot of your Mini. They are made of W-1 water hardening drill rod, cut, faced and drilled here in the shop, then heated to 1450 degrees and quenched in an 8% brine solution before final polishing. The manufacturer's specs call for a Rockwell hardness of around 63 when hardened this way. I supply them in a bag with a tag indicating the inside diameters included and a printed set of instructions. The common sizes are 0.059, 0.046, and 0.035". For long barrels the slightly smaller sizes offer better gas pressure reduction, but in short barrels they can be tempermental. Current price is $10 for three, $12 for four and $3 shipping and packing. If you order them with any other service the shipping is free.

I just got a set of the bushings and they do everything they are said to do. I recommend them highly for those of you considering them. B)

After some testing, the standard kit of three is now: 0.060" 0.050" 0.040"The other sizes are still available, but these meet the widest range of needs.
