Nothing special. You could use a sniper's veil to break up the outline, paint the stock, stick on camouflage tape, or tie and wrap pieces of ghillie-type burlap to the stock, action and barrel to break up the outline of the rifle. There is also the option of add-on camo, such as Gun Chaps, easily installed and easily removed, with the added benefits of protecting the stock from scratches and easily-reversed alteration of the rifle.
If you decide to camouflage your rifle, there are two cautions:
1. Be sure the added camo does not interfere with the operation of the rifle or use of the sights.
2. Sight-in the rifle with the camo in place to ensure the POI hasn't changed, accuracy is unaffected and the action and sights are unobstructed(see number 1).

Strips of burlap wrapped around a rifle work well, or a cheap gun sock. For winter, white horse bandages work well and can be had for 1 or 2 bucks. Also, for winter, a lot of predator hunters use white stockings. They also work well. This post is a month old, but I thought I would add my .02.
