Saw a 20 round Ruger factory mag today on E-gay with a ''Buy it now'' price of 99 cents but had a shipping cost of $49!Gotta watch these guys! :usa: :ar15:

I believe eBay charges a fee based on the sale price of the item, excluding shipping charges. I saw this guys auctions, too, and I think he's just trying to get around eBay fees.
