Here's my first try. Calm day with temps at 50 degrees. Used S&B 55gr FMJ off a Caldwell Rock rest and the factory iron sight. 42 points on this target.

Don't have a scanner so I used a camera and put a red sheet of paper behind the target to highlight the holes in the target.

Not bad for your first try. I always try to beat myself next time before someone else does. :D

I shot 3 other targets using different brands of ammo (Winchester, Federal American Eagle and Wolf) on each. The others were in the 38-40 point range. I had just installed a Hogue stock so I wanted to see what improvement it made over the factory stock.
I had tried some targets from the last year's contest but never got anywhere close to this level. Can't shoot anymore for another week or so (^&*^# work gets in the way) but I'll try by the end of the month.

My Hogue didn't improve accuracy over the factory stock untill I bedded it.
