A buddy got one for his Mini and it functioned fine and he got me one and it worked fine for me too.It came in a ziploc w/ a sticker that said Ruger Mini 14 20 rd and that was all.Looks like it had been in that bag for years.They have worked well for us........wonder who made 'em?????

Can you I'd it from the Mag gallery?

After checking the gallery I couldn't ID this mag. I compared it to m factory Ruger 20 rd and it looks identical.Even the latch is a looped piece of metal instead of a block.

I may pay the Academy Sports a visit this week end. Are the mags hanging from a J hook somewhere, or behind the counter?

Cajun, not sure where they were in the store.A friend who was working out of town took a chance on one and when it worked I asked him to get me one too. I believe they are under $20.It was in a ziploc w/a white rectangular label that read Ruger Mini 14 20 rd. We don't have an Academy store here.This was 100 miles north of here.If I talk to him again before this weekend I will ask where they were located......the salesman said he's sold a few and none have come back.Said to return 'em if they don't work......hard to pass up.I already paid dearly for a factory 20 rd awhile back, but this one is made the same way it appears for a reasonable price.
