Looks like a standard Yugo 59/66. What make's it CA legal or not?

Price? it kinda steep out here paid $249 for it at a local gun shop, but i just bought a rare yugo M 59 off AIM surplus for $159 and & $14 for S/H

CA legal ? my yugo has a muzzle brake instead of the evil GL

I don't get it, I thought detachable clips were illegal in Kalifornia.

The bayonet is legal on most SKS rifles in CA, not Chinese ones though. The mag has me stumped. It's possible he's had it a while and just decided to add it to this rifle for now.
