1. What is the meaning of life?
2. How can we know that the Christian God exists?
3. How can the Christian God allow evil to occur?
4. How can we know that the ressurection of Jesus Christ really occured?
5. Why is Jesus Christ the only path to salvation?

These questions were collectively asked by University of Iowa students and are logically answered with empirical proof presented Christian apologist Ravi Zecharias and Dr. William Lane Craig in an archived broadcast radio show entitled "Let My People Think." I recommend that everyone seeking answers to these questions will take the time to download and listen to these audio files. There are 5 parts to this broadcast archive which should be listened to in order. They are about 6.7 MB each and can be either downloaded for later use or streamed so you can listen to them as they are downloading. I downloaded all five audio files, let me say... ITS WORTH IT!!!

Tunug, that really good, thanks. Ive often done study with new converts to the faith, that proves that the Bible is the inspired word of God. I dont think it would do much good here, since there are so many staunch antichrists ( yeah, thats what I said, look it up. :) ) I will begin to work on that study, and post it here for you guy to chew on. ;)

Thanks, Sword. I know it will take a little time to listen to the audio files... They are about 25 minutes each. We'll see who can spare 25 minutes of their life to hear insight on proof of God's existence... we're such a "fast food" people these days, it's a wonder anyone stops to think at all! Folks, you can start with # 2 of 5 if you are in a hurry, that is the one which presents the strong proof that so many atheists try to ignore -- a philosophical angle and then an empirical scientific angle! I found these arguments to be so convincing that I have sited their statements in research papers for college as well as postings here. I have them saved and refer to them often.

Hundreds of university students (many liberal atheists) across the country asked what they thought were the most important questions, via email. While many questions were worded differently, these were the main top five questions that were asked. These arguments are NOT a bunch of Bible quotes at all!!! these are deep philosophic and scientific thinkers, folks!! They provide thought provoking arguments that are well worth the meager amount of time it takes to hear them!

Enjoy!!

BTW, at the end of the conference (parts 4 and 5) the guest speakers debate questions with the audience (atheists). And, if that ain't enough to get ya to check it out... I dunno what is!

Well, Sword, Thanks for your reply, and I think you may be right. Not one other has responded to this post yet, even though it should be the most thought provoking thread in this subforum to date. It is because either a) these audiofiles are irrefutable, B) no one has had the time to listen to them, or c) no one is really interested in getting to the bottom of the truth, and they would rather just argue for the sake of argument! Which, of course, is fine with me because it is as I expected. I myself, have listened to them completely again, and it only better prepares me for the snares which may continue, irregardless of how benign.

Oh well!

I do most of my reading on this site here at work but I have no speakers or sound card, I'll try to listen to it when I get home because you have my curiosity peaked now. :D

Any number of people can get together and give any number of explanations and "proofs" for those questions, but im afraid that ill wait and hear them directly from the almighty himself, thank you :)

If you do that, James P, I'm afraid you will be too late. Sure anybody can say anything, but that doesn't make it proof. There is only one form of truth out there, and yes, there is proof.

If one seeks to find the truth, it will be found. And, if one seeks to run from the truth, the truth will become lost to him. It is just that simple.

Sword, great baptism pics, bro! I'm glad to say that this week is over and I've done well on my exams. Praise God! I'll do the study on this material and post it! It will be good to hear it again anyway. :D
