Here is my first entry in the Series 3 contest. I hope to learn to shoot better. I have a friend who can shoot smaller groups with my Mini so I know the rifle can do better.

I hate to be the one to break it to you, but, that's some pretty good shooting right there!! You get rid of those flyers and you'll be hard to beat !

You get any better we're going to have to throw you out because you make us look bad!      :D

Thanks for the encouragement. I have a carefully measured 100 yard range behind my house. I shoot from a sturdy home made bench while sitting on a bucket. Sometimes I use a Caldwell brand plastic rest. The target I posted was shot by resting my arms on the bench (without the rest). I use the "remanufactured" (reloaded) Black Hills hollow point ammo.

Hey HayBaler. Good shooten. So far you are in first place.

Practice is the key. I got rid of the fliers from my mini with a trigger job, adding a $20 muzzle brake, and bedding the stock. Now when I get a flier I know its me. I notice when I haven't shot in a long period of time I get a little rusty, but a little practice brings it back.
