Sigma 9mm

Im looking to buy a pistol soon (post AWB) Ive been considering the s&w sigma 9mm for three reasons, price ( $309-$349 around here), ergonomics (really fits my hand nice and the DAO trigger (i grew up on revolvers). Ive read bad things about the earlier ones but not alot about the nwer ones, any opinions?

A buddy of mine has one that he shots quite a bit and well, too. I've tried it, and it does fit the hand well, but I can't seem to master it. Could just be me. Anyway, his has been totally reliable.
