Finally got out to my range this morning to try my luck. Took me long enough after Cajun was kind enough to fix the link to get the targets. Boy, do I wobble around on my hind legs ! I seem to better to just go into the same as timed fire. I can get a rythym going and squeeze off when the sight crosses the target. Otherwise, it just seems like the front sight is all over the place.

Pretty good shooting Metaldoc. Is that a score of 18 squirrels? I can't make out the writing at the bottom.

Speaking of squirrels, I saw one today run across the outside of the hanger, about 100 yds, around the corner and he ran into 3 smokers, he ran another 20 yds, and leaped up on a pic-nic table. I could see him smelling the wood , but it was no tree. The poor squirrel was desperately looking for a tree. Nothing but concrete. He then ran across to hanger B about 50 yds, then ran inside, but was spooked by a woman walking out. He Ran about 75 yds across the hanger then ran inside. Don't know what happened to him, but that had to be one tired squirrel.

I kind of messed up the picture trying to add text with the computer. Next time I'll just write big with a marker. Yeah, that's 18 squirrels. And that's my fourth attempt ! Oh, well, I guess we need to leave some for breeding purposes. <_<

The writing is just noting it's shot at 25 yards with iron sights, ten shots taken at each bull and the date.

I hope to get back out and try again. It looks like it should be easy but I just haven't got them all in the black yet.

That squirrel you spotted probably took up hiding in an airplane and will end up getting a long ride or scaring the heck out of an unsuspecting pilot! :D

good shooting there Metaldoc . I have to do like you do when things get in the right spot trip it or I rock around like a tall pine down there in cajuns world when the big storms come in.Cajun you better keep a eye out for those tree rats it may be a show like the one in the Mississippi Church hate for you to miss that kind of a free show . :usa: :rapid: :sniper:
